My wife and I stayed here for a quick birthday weekend staycation. When the hotel staff heard it was for her birthday and a night away from the kids, they went out of their way to make her feel welcome and ensure we enjoyed the stay. I can’t say enough how grateful we are for the staff here and their genuine hospitality. The hotel and room was clean and updated, breakfast was fresh and had plenty of options. We would stay here again!

Four Points by Sheraton - Plano, TX has been a great hotel these last three months. The staff and GM have really shown excellent customer service, and the breakfast (although a little high in price) was really good. I appreciated the individualized service provided by the GM. She was amazing. I would recommend this hotel to stay for a great weekend getaway.

I recently stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton Plano and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is clean, modern, and well-maintained, with a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you walk in. Check-in was quick and smooth, and the Alijah the Asst. General Manager was friendly, professional, and eager to help with anything I needed. Overall, this hotel offers great value for the price. It’s a comfortable, dependable place to stay whether you’re traveling for business or leisure. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the Plano area.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at while traveling for work. From the very first moment at the front desk, I felt at home — the staff is caring, professional, and welcoming. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, and quiet. The hotel is conveniently located near Legacy West. There is a basic gym available. I’ve stayed here during several different periods, and it has only gotten better each time. If it were possible to give more than 5 stars, they would absolutely deserve it. Highly recommended.

We had a large group in town for a work meeting the team provided excellent service! We had one of our team members have a very stressful day of travel, getting in late and the front desk turned her entire day around with their friendly and positive attitude! Everyone was so friendly and helpful at the front desk and the bar. Overall it is very refreshing stay at this location. I would recommend it for individuals or groups in the area!

I decided to stay at this location for girls night out and I’m so glad I did! We had plans near the Ford Center for candlemaking and some other fun stuff so we wanted to stay nearby. This was the perfect choice!!! It was quiet and away from all the traffic yet just a few minutes away from the excitement. The staff here was very friendly and accommodating, our rooms were immaculately clean and cozy and Alijah went above and beyond to make sure we had an awesome stay!!! I will definitely be booking here again whenever we’re in the area!
